Breakfast -- for dinner!

Last night I made a breakfast pizza for dinner, and my boys loved it!  Do you enjoy breakfast for dinner sometimes?  Try this, I found it at Christy's awesome blog Southern Plate and oh how I love the way she writes (and cooks)!  A true Southern Gal!  I think you'll love her too...
So here are a few pics, (it was super easy too)

Bacon Breakfast Pizza

• 1- 8 count can crescent roll dough
• 3 cups shredded hash browns (can used cubed)
• dozen eggs
• 1 cup shredded cheddar
• 6 slices bacon (more or less, depending on what you have on hand)
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• Optional: Other toppings of your choice. Examples are: Onions, mushrooms, other meats, other vegetables, etc

Cook bacon and set aside. Spray a 9×13 inch pan with cooking spray. Place crescent roll dough in the bottom of the pan, pinching seams together to seal. Spread frozen hash browns over dough. Salt and pepper to taste (I start with 1/2 tsp of each). Beat all eggs in a bowl and pour over hash browns. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until set in center. Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven just until melted. Serve warm.

pantry LOVE

Today it is beautiful outside, brrrrr, cold, but with lots o sunshine.  And I have that yucky stuffy nose, scratchy throat, and the uuggghhhh, "just don't feel well" feeling.  Great, just great.  Like I have time to not feel well.  Really? REALLY?! 
So I got nothing from my stash for you today; however, drum roll...........I thought I would share a post that made me swoon...

Some time ago, I happened on this blog post by Emily at Decorchick, and ummm, let's just say I. fell. in. L-O-V-E!  Our kitchen doesn't have a true pantry, and I do miss that in a kitchen!
